Cherry Crest PTSAEditor handbook
Cherry Crest PTSA
Editor handbook
How to keep the PTSA website and the Charger Chatter up to date with Webflow. Written for volunteers who have used WordPress but never Webflow. You do not need to know any code.
Not live yet. WordPress and MailPoet still run the public site and the Chatter. Keep using them until the launch date is announced. This handbook is a preview of how the new setup will work. Webflow and Brevo are still under the developer's account, so you cannot sign in or practice yet. Access is handed over before launch. Where things stand

- Old way → new wayEvery WordPress task and plugin, and what replaces it
- How the site is builtStatic pages vs CMS items, and the plan limits behind them

Stuck?
- Look up the word in Webflow words.
- Webflow's own help: help.webflow.com and free video lessons at Webflow University. They describe Webflow in general, not this site, so check this handbook first for anything PTSA-specific.
- Ask the site manager. TBD who that is and how to reach them.
